To edit a workout:

  • Tap on the ‘modify’ button (it looks like an arrow with a line through it).
  • Adjust any of the following settings: duration, distance and heart rate zones.

Step 4: modify your workout as needed

Now that you’ve created a workout, it’s time to modify your workout as needed. You can add or subtract sets, reps and exercises from the default ones.

For example: If you’re working out at home and don’t have access to a gym, consider adding fewer repetitions per set (to save yourself as much time as possible). Or if you’re training for an upcoming competition or event where high-intensity exercise will be required, increase the number of sets so that more intense training is incorporated into each session without overdoing things unnecessarily.
